"(Billy) William Cornelius Flegg passed peacefully at Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, at the age of 67 after a long battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Brother to Gerry and Ted, loving father to Morgan, Amy, and Chris, and acting father to Lindsey. Grandpa to 8 amazing grandbabies. Bill dedicated his life to trades work, always building something, from fire trucks, wooden cartoon characters, bbqs, and everything in between. If Bill was around, the atmosphere was lighter, he was known for his wicked sense of humour, being quick witted, and how much he loved his Captain and caesars. Bill will be missed by many family members and friends, Miracle his service dog and family pet, the few he kept close Steve, Nick, and Norm, and all who knew him."
