It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne Henry Robert Shular, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose kindness, warmth, and unconditional support touched everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Family and community were the centre of Wayne's world. He was the epitome of dedication and quiet strength, always working hard and putting the needs of others before his own. His family, friends, and coworkers held a special place in his heart, and in return, he held a special place in theirs. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, devotion, and countless cherished memories.

Wayne was a familiar and welcome face in the community through his active work with Home Depot Canada, where his helpful spirit and work ethic left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

He will be lovingly and deeply remembered by his devoted wife, Patricia. He was the proud father of his son, Raymond Shular, and cherished step-father to his step-daughters, Roberta Darnbrough and her husband Siraj Siddiqui, and Jennifer Clements and her husband Matthew Clements. His legacy lives on through his beloved grandsons, Adam Siddiqui and Logan Clements. He will be fondly remembered by his surviving siblings, Tom, Val, Garry, and Larry, and was predeceased by his sister, Eleanor. He will also be remembered by his many extended family members, colleagues, and friends.

His life was defined by his steady presence and the care he gave so freely to those around him. Though he will be deeply missed, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, his friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
