Trey Coulter

Peacefully on Sunday, October 17th 2021, Trey Coulter passed away at home surrounded by loving family and friends after a long illness. Trey was born March 30th, 1980 in Brampton, Ontario to Elizabeth Moraes and David Coulter (Brenda). Trey was raised by all three of his parents Elizabeth, Dave, and Brenda. He is predeceased by his father David Coulter (2019). He will be missed by siblings Cindy Taylor, Andrew Taylor, and Charlotte (Damon) Coulter. A loving Uncle to nephew Kye and niece Charlee Coulter-Dittmer. Trey will also be very missed by his partner Melanie Sutherland of Toronto, and many friends and family. Notably Amy Forsyth, a long-time companion along with her friends and family.

Trey enjoyed nature, music, adventures, travel, space, Star Wars, and Doctor Who among many other worldly and other-worldly things. Trey had a huge love for animals, and a deep connection to his dogs Gia, Akira, Tigra, and Phoenix. Trey also had a strong connection to his Indigenous roots in Northern British Columbia, the Tahltan band.

A celebration of life for Trey will be announced at a later date.
