The family announces with sorrow her passing on Thursday October 07, 2021, at the Stayner Care Centre at the age of 84 years. Therese will be remembered for her strength of character, in the most gentle and caring way that everyone felt when you were with her. She was the daughter of the late Adolphe Quevillon and the late Florence Quevillon (nee Proulx). Forever dedicated and beloved wife of Douglas Best. Caring and loving mother to Kelly Best (Susan Allen) of Hillsdale, Greg Best (Susan Neville) of Kinmount. Her memory will be cherished by her grandchildren Doug, Jocelyn, Andrew and Collin Best . Siblings Lina Carrière, Monique Lefebvre, Norbert (Thérèse) Quevillon, Fern (Linda) Quevillon, Réjean (Lise) Quevillon, all of Iroquois Falls, Ginette Dionne of Kingston, Lorraine (Bruce) MacGregor of Newmarket and Julie (Rick) Radske of London. Therèse also leaves behind many in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her sisters Louise (Vern) Williamson, Marie-Anne (Quevillon) Lachance as well as her brothers Eddie, Renald, Leonard Quevillon.
