It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Terence "Terry" Poapst, who passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026, at the age of 74, with his soulmate by his side, just three weeks shy of his 75th birthday.

Terry was the beloved son of the late Freida Warner and Ernest Poapst.

He leaves behind his devoted soulmate, Paulette Derouchie, and will be lovingly remembered by his children: Crystal Laforce (Jason), Melissa Derouchie, Samantha Derouchie, Nicholas Derouchie (Samantha), and Brandon Derouchie (Bailey).

He was a proud grandfather to Laiken Laforce, Bailey Whitford, Ariella Joubert, and Ophelia Lalonde, each of whom brought great joy to his life.

Cremation arrangements are under care, with a burial service to follow at a later date.

Terry's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
