Unexpectedly Stephen has passed away. Predeceased by his father, Winston and mother, Mildred. He will be greatly missed by his sister, Melissa and brother-in-law, Michael along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Stephen will also be missed by his long time friend, Steven Sparling. Stephen, a member of Local 47 for the past 38 years will be remembered by all his brothers at Local 47. There will be a Celebration of Life on January 14, 2024 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Carleton Place, 177 George St., 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
