It is with love and gratitude that we announce the passing of dear Solomon (Tony) Levi Solomon at the age of 90.

Tony will be deeply missed by his surviving sister, Betty Moses, brother, Ruben Solomon, numerous nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces, and great-nephews, all of whom brought him immense joy. He is predeceased by his siblings, Mazie Jacob and Jony Solomon.

He was known for his bright mind, brave spirit, and wonderful sense of humor. Tony had a special gift for bringing people together through laughter and curiosity. He loved sharing his knowledge, especially teaching clever math tricks and card tricks - moments that everyone will always remember with smiles.

He loved game shows, puzzles, and watching sports - he faithfully completed the Toronto Star daily crossword puzzle, and never missed an episode of Jeopardy or a good tennis match.

Tony also had a love for travel and adventure. He found joy in experiencing new places, cultures, foods, dances and sounds, always approaching the world with a sense of wonder and openness.

He will be remembered for his quick wit, his generosity, and the many playful moments he shared with those around him.

A private gathering will be held with close family to celebrate his life.
