Sean died peacefully in Ottawa on May 15, 2021, at the age of 72. Son of the late Kevin O’Connor and Grace Quirk, he dearly loved his wife Annette, son Dennis, daughter-in-law Cheryl and late sister Susan. Sean is fondly remembered by his cousins, nieces and nephews, steadfast football buddies, friends, and economist colleagues. There will be a private family funeral during the current COVID lockdown.
In memoriam donations are appreciated to the Toomath Anthony Scholarship or the Canadian Cancer Society.
