Sandra Florence Walton

Sandra Florence Walton (Benham) passed away peacefully on June 18th 2024 at the age of 83 at the IOOF Senior's Home in Barrie Ontario. 

Born on March 27, 1941 to the late Arthur and Alma Benham of Dalston, Ontario. 

Sandra was the beloved wife of 64 years to Carl Randolph Walton. Together they raised 3 children, Janet (Jamie), Brenda (Dan) and Garry (Connie). 

She was blessed with 4 grandchildren, Deanna (Shawn), Justin (Alyssa), Jacob (Sarah) and Desmond. She also had 1 great-grandchild Avery. 

Dear sister to Joan, Brian and Terry (Sharon) and sister-in-law to Robert, Lynn, Lunda and Denny (Mina). Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Alma and siblings Orma, Susanne and Murray. Special thanks to all the staff at IOOF Senior's Home for their loving care the last 9 years. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to IOOF Senior's Home - Residents Council. 

Celebration of life will take place on September 14th, 2024 at St. Thomas Anglican Church, 28 Church Street, Shanty Bay from 2pm-4pm.
