Robert "Don" Donald Montgomery

Don Montgomery, age 64, passed away on January 13, 2026, at Georgian Bay General Hospital.
Don was a hard-working man who took pride in providing for those he loved. He was known for his strong work ethic, his loyalty, and his quiet dedication to family. In his free time, Don could often be found cheering on his beloved Toronto Blue Jays or enjoying the excitement of NASCAR—simple pleasures that brought him great joy.
Above all else, Don loved his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Bonnie Hamilton; his children Bob Montgomery (Kayla), Kevin Montgomery, and Jessica Montgomery (Mike); and his cherished grandchildren Myles, Jaxson, Declan, Peyton, Karmyn, Reese, and Kaylee, who brought endless pride and happiness to his life.
Don will be remembered as a steady presence, a loving husband and father, and a proud grandfather whose legacy lives on through his family.
In keeping with Don’s wishes, there will be no celebration of life.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
