Randy George Whitlock passed away unexpectedly on February 5, 2026, at the age of 67.

Born on August 30, 1958, in Etobicoke, Ontario, Randy spent most of his life in his childhood home there. He was predeceased by his parents, Elmer and Blanche Whitlock, and had no siblings. He will be fondly remembered by his many cousins, particularly those in New Brunswick, where he visited often as a child and formed lasting memories.

Randy retired from his career as a surveyor due to health concerns. He was deeply proud of his “down East” heritage, carrying even a slight accent that reflected his love for his roots. He valued time spent with family and friends and will be missed by his circle of relatives and companions.

Cremation has taken place, and there will be no funeral service. Randy’s ashes will be interred in the family plot at Park Lawn Cemetery.
