With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Peter Siu Kay Hui on April 11, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer. He passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by his loving family and holding hands with his son Gregory and daughter Jessica.

A man of great courage, love, and strength. His warmth, charisma, attention to detail, and zest for life touched everyone he met.

Born in Hong Kong, Peter immigrated to Canada in 1977 to join his siblings in Toronto and eventually settled in Mississauga, the city he called home until the end. He had worked in the hospitality industry for almost 50 years. He enjoyed Japanese & Chinese cuisines and cooking for his family and friends.

His tremendous heart and spirit live on through those he loves.

Cremation has taken place at a funeral home in Mississauga. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses from the Palliative care team in Mississauga for their extra support over the last few months.
