It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Peter Rene Clark, who passed away peacefully, leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Peter was a hard-working, loving and caring man who approached life with a positive spirit and an incredible sense of humour. He had a way of finding the funny side of things and was always able to bring a smile and laughter to those around him. His positive and comedic outlook on life is something that will be remembered by everyone who knew and loved him.

Peter was the beloved husband of Helene and a devoted father to Cheryl(Spencer), the late Christopher, and Peter Jr. (Hillary), and Robyn (Steve) He was a proud grandfather to Joel, Jackson, Maiya, William, Ashton, Jade, Hope, and Mason and treasured the time he spent with his family.

Peter loved the outdoors and could often be found fishing, hunting, or working on his home. He took pride in working with his hands and making things just right. But above all, Peter loved spending time with Helene, his children and his grandchildren. Those moments together were among the things he valued most.

Peter's sudden passing has left an enormous hole in the lives of those who loved him. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his caring nature, his laughter, and especially his ability to look at life with optimism and humour.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known him.

Forever loved. Forever remembered. Always missed.

A private interment will take place at Hope Cemetery in Ottawa.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peter's memory to - Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation
