Peter Macdonald

ON FRIDAY , February 12th, 2021 our DAD Peter passed away at the Ottawa Heart Institute at the age of 79. Dad was predeceased by our Mom Claudette Schingh and our brother Bruce P. Macdonald. As an electrician, Dad was proud of his trade and was a long-time member (58yrs.) with local 586 IBEW. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, canoeing, and boating. He loved to relax with a few cold beers while listening to his Blue Grass music. He spent most of his retirement years in Florida where golfing became his new passion. When not sunning in Florida, you would find him at the cottage always perfecting something!! Needless to say, we all agree that Dad lived his life his way!! Dad your hearty laughter and spirited personality will not be forgotten by your daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings and your closest friends. Time has come for you to rest in Peace, comfort, and love.
Cremation will take place, Celebration of Life and inurnment will be held at a later date.
