Peter dePencier, 78, passed peacefully on January 22nd 2025. Born June 11th, 1946 in Montreal, Pete moved his family to Ottawa in 1976 where he went on to open several successful furniture stores in the Ottawa area.
Pete will be remembered for his great smile and his amazing sense of humour as he touched the lives of so many friends and family.
Pete is survived by Cheryl Plummer – his loving partner of over 30 years, his son Eric (Cathy), his granddaughter Teagan, the Nolan family and brother-in-law Reg Plummer (Gail).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
A celebration of life will be planned in the coming months.
