Paul Carter passed away, peacefully, at the RVH in Barrie on September 13, 2023 at 11:30 am, in his 67th year. Beloved Husband of Rosanne Carter. Dear Son of the late John and Elizabeth Carter. Loving Father of Andrew (Lori) and John (Gillian). Loving Grandfather of both Riley and Everhett Carter and fur grandchildren Meatball, Gracie and Yuki. Dear Brother of Diane, Shirley, Steven and Elizabeth. Predeceased by David and Linda.
