Orville (Ollie) Robert Olson

Orville (Ollie) Robert Olson was born on April 17, 1939, in Provost, Alberta. He will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Shirley; his son and daughter-in-law, David and Rhonda; his daughter and son-in-law, Carrie and Al; his cherished granddaughter, Raquel; and his sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Lorne.

Ollie had an unparalleled love for all animals, a passion that was especially evident in his lifelong dedication to breeding and racing thoroughbred horses. This love brought him great joy and was a defining part of his life.

Ollie’s life was marked by his love for family, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Edmonton, Alberta. Further details will be shared when arrangements are finalized.
