It is with deep sadness to announce the peaceful passing of Bobby on June 6, 2026, at the age of 91. He is reunited with his beloved partner, Darlene Kellar. Loving brother to Margaret Carpenter and predeceased by siblings Allan Ferris, Jimmy Ferris, and Elizabeth "Betty" Toop. He will be missed by nephew Tim Shortridge, nieces Jennifer and Susan Carpenter plus many nieces and nephews and cousins.  

Bobby enjoyed a career as a delivery driver for many years. He was a big sports fan, especially the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. He also enjoyed Tim Hortons coffee, doing puzzles and playing games. Cremation has taken place as per Bobby's wishes. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
