Nicholas Mykola Halay

Nicholas Mykola Halay of Toronto, Ontario peacefully passed away in his home on Christmas Day, at the age of 93.  Born in Khust, Ukraine on August 17th, 1927 to Nikolai Ivanovich and Karolina Yurivna. Nicholas is survived by his wife Alla and daughter Oksana, sons Mykola, Ivan and Yuri.  Grandfather to Natalie, Tanya, Adrienne, Philip, Nicole, Jake, Dana and Katya.  Nicholas was a devoted husband and father who brought his senior parents to Canada and cared for them until their passing. He was a talented tenor with the Ukrainian Prometei Choir. He had a great passion for singing and dancing and was an avid harmonica player. He will be missed.
