Miroslawa (Mira) Geuba

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Miroslawa ( better known as Mira to all) beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who left us on September 21st at the age of 76. Born in Augustow, Poland, Mira exemplified warmth and kindness, forging friendships wherever she went.

She is survived by her husband, Janusz, her two cherished children, Anna and Kasia; and the memory of her late child, Malgorzata. She took immense joy in her role as a grandmother to seven grandchildren ( Nicole, Karolina, Sebastion, Natalie, Julia, Marta and Patrick) each of whom she adored and inspired with her spirit.

 A passionate swimmer, Mira found peace and joy in the water, sharing her love for swimming with family and friends. 

Her ability to connect with others made everyone feel valued and cherished.

Her legacy of love and friendship will forever remain in our hearts. 

A special thank you goes to the caring staff at Hospice Simcoe, who provided excellent care in Mira’s final days. A thank you also goes to the staff at the Royal Victoria Hospital

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice Simcoe honoring Mira’s generous spirit.
