Michael Allen Conrad

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Allen Conrad. Mike was born in Ottawa and passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on May 14, 2024, in his home in Kanata, Ontario, at the age of 53.

The beloved spouse of Tammi Pettigrew, Mike was loved and cherished and will be missed dearly by his daughter Alannah-Lynn, and son Tylar Pettigrew (Bozanna). In addition to those above Mike is survived by his grandchildren Silas and Gracelyn, his parents Garry and Beverley, his sister Debra Ann Stockley (Kevin), his mother-in-law Jocelyn Deslauriers and father-in-law Jean-Paul "J.P." Deslauriers, his nephew Brandon, and nieces Hope, Megan, and Rebecca "Stinky". Mike will be fondly remembered and missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, great-nieces, and great-nephews.  

Mike was known to many as a loving, kind, and generous soul, always willing to lend a helping hand. An avid Halloween fan, Mike’s handcrafted costumes won him costume contests on more than one occasion. In addition, Mike loved rock and roll and was a talented artist and builder.
