After a very short, but very hard-fought battle with cancer, Mary passed away on Christmas Day in Ottawa, Ontario.

Beloved Mama to Wendy and her late son, Billy. Cherished mother-in-law to Chad; and Granny to Alex, Stephen, David, Keven, Daniel, and Emily. Granny-by-association to Sam and Andrew.

Sister to Marg, Kay, Joe, and her late brother Tom.

Mary was always the life of any party and could make you smile the moment she walked into the room.

She handled her illness like she handled her life, full of jokes, determination, and wit. She will be forever loved and forever missed.

Cremation will take place, and a private service will be held at a later date.
