It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Evans (née Brisley) announce her passing on Thursday, June 25th, 2026, peacefully, at the age of 89. She is now reunited with her loving husband Vernon. Beth will be lovingly remembered by her cherished daughters Kenna (Chris), and Karen (Steve-predeceased), her sisters Gwen and Peggy, and her many nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her caring nature, generous spirit, and the many wonderful memories she shared with those who knew and loved her. She leaves behind a family who will miss her dearly and treasure every special moment.

On behalf of Beth, Kenna would like to extend her heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff of the Coleman Care Centre for the kindness, care, and support they provided to Mom throughout her time there. 

In keeping with Beth's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto. For those who wish, memorial donations in Beth's memory may be made to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.

Forever loved, fondly remembered, and deeply missed.
