Marion Louise Mellish

The death occurred peacefully at home in Burlington, Ontario of Marion [Marnie] Mellish on December 27th, 2023 in her 75th year with her husband by her side.

She was born in Prince Edward Island and later moved to Ontario with her husband, Ron. There she had many interests; a teacher, a law clerk, a political and environmental activist and she loved to read, knit, watch TV, (often all at the same time), go for hikes and travel. She was  kind, caring, funny and deeply committed to her faith, her friends, book clubs and helping others.

Sadly, cancer and treatments took up much of her life in the last few years.

She will be greatly  missed.

As per her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no funeral, but a Celebration of Life may be arranged in the future.
