Marilyn Carol Meadows

Marilyn Carol Meadows born on December 10th, 1952 in Toronto Ontario, left us on Sunday, October 17th.

Survived by her older brothers Lance and Brent and younger sister Carolyn, her extended family, sisters and brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews, and great-niece and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Joan. As Marilyn quipped, “guess I forgot to have kids.”

Marilyn had a great sense of humour even at the lowest times in her life. She loved art and fashion and had a real sense of classic style. Among several interesting and unique jobs, her propping career of over 30 years brought her great joy as she built and created images that are forever etched in photos. Moira was Marilyn’s lifelong best friend, whose love and loyalty was her most cherished gift. Living in the Beaches area for over 35 years she had several neighbourhood friends there and forged many long-lasting relationships. A saver of meaningful things, Marilyn has passed along the treasures of her journey through life. She will be truly missed. In her own words, “she is going to the garden”.
