McGOWAN, Margaret Jean (nee McKenzie) (Longtime Member of St. Georges Anglican Church, The Order of the Eastern Star and Sheba Shrine, Barrie) - Passed away at the Sara Vista Nursing Home, Elmvale, on Monday, January 15, 2018 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late John McGowan. Loving mother of Nancy Kelly (Jim), Jim McGowan (Debbie), Linda Shultz (Bryan) and Tom McGowan (Sue). Much loved Nanny of Leanne Hamilton, Karen Doiron, John Mitchell, Ashley King, Adam Shultz, Sean, Eric, and Rachel McGowan. Great Grandmother of Kelly, Gillian, Joshua, Margaret & Mary Jane. Dear sister of Helen Hargreaves, Robert McKenzie and the late Ken McKenzie. Fondly remembered by Jennifer, Tamara, Priscilla & families.
