Passed away peacefully in her home on Monday February 19, 2024. Age 87. Loving wife of 67 years to Tom. Dear mother of Bernard (Shirley), Matthew (Leslie), Ralph (Diane), Maryanne Freethy (Brian), Edward (Brenda), and Diane Looman (John).
Cherished Gramma of 13 grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Sister of Bert Schaly, Hank Schaly, Arie Schaly, Thys Schaly, John Schaly, and Alida Eisses.
Friends will be received at First Christian Reformed Church 33 Shirley Ave, Barrie, Ontario on Friday February 23rd from 1:00pm until the time of service at the church at 3:00pm. A reception will follow at the church. If so desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Lynn loved her family deeply. Tom and her were rarely apart, enjoying a shared life on the farm. They spent a lot of time working, weeding, and enjoying their enormous garden and walking the property trails.
