Kyle Roy Baker

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Kyle Baker. Kyle suffered from mental illness and had been diagnosed with Acute Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). His battle with this disease started at age 17 and ended when he succumbed to it on April 2nd, 2024.

Dear son of Rachel Gladu and David Baker of Navan, brother of Ryan (Camille McCulloch) of Embrun and grandson of Gilles Gladu of Cornwall. He is pre-deceased by his grandmother Elise Gladu (Trottier) of Cornwall, his grandparents Roy and Mavis Baker (Laponsee) of Cornwall and his step-grandmother Thérèse Mongeon (Caron) of Cornwall.  He also leaves behind an incredible group of friends, cousins, aunts and uncles with whom he had wonderful relationships.  He is now resting in peace at St. Mary's Cemetery in Navan, Ontario.

Kyle will be remembered as an engaging, smart and gentle person with a great sense of humour. He grew up loving sports such as hockey, lacrosse, snowboarding, skateboarding, swimming and trampoline. He was especially fond of fishing and online gaming.

He will be dearly missed.
