STARR, Joseph John – Passed away peacefully at the West Park Health Centre in St. Catharines on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in his 92nd year. Brother of Muriel Anscombe of Midland. Predeceased by his siblings Carmen, Reginald, Edward, Thomas and Harold. Joseph will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Edgar Old Methodist Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the RVH Foundation or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
