HOUSTON, John “Frank” Francis

Beloved Husband, Father and Grandpa, John “Frank” Houston, passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital on September 2rd, 2023 at the age of 87.

Predeceased by his parents Isaac and Annie Houston, and his brothers Benjamin, Charles, Orr, Samuel, and sister Jean. Much loved by Henni Kerstens Houston. Much loved by his sons Robert (Karen), Isaac (Jenny), and Andrew (Jennifer) and his grandchildren Daniella, Hannah, Abigail, Madison, Michael, and Katherine. Along with Rosemary Ellery Houston and his numerous family and friends.

Frank’s first love was accordion music, played from the age of nine, then the Hackney Horses, his three loving sons, and his beloved wife.

A private family graveside service has been held at Stayner Cemetery and Frank’s life has been celebrated.

A special thanks to the nurses and doctors at Royal Victoria Hospital at the Cardiac ICU.
