John Houston

It is with great sadness that the family of John L. Houston announces his sudden passing after a brief illness, on Friday, January 17, 2020, at the age of 57 years. John will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 34 years, Jane and his children, David (Sarah), Robby (Marie), Sean, and Katie Poulin (Chris). John will also be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren, William, Sophia, Benjamin, and Lucy, by his siblings, Tom (Carmen) Houston, Joy (Andy) Houston, and Scott (Ramanie) Houston, by his parents-in-law, Bob and Betty Parry, and by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Kevin and Gwen Mason, and David and Juliet Russell. John was a devout Christian and died without fear.

A Funeral Service in memory of John will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at Chapel Ridge Free Methodist, 5660 Flewellyn Rd, Stittsville, with Rev. Luke Haggett officiating. A reception will follow the service.
