Jocelyne Leger

Jocelyne was born October 17, 1963 and passed away December 1, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Dr. Martin Appelt, "the best wife, ever" and mother to two daughters, Jacinthe and Angèle, and grandmother to grandson Harley Harper.

Funny and smart, and with a creative, quick mind, she enjoyed drawing and creative cooking. While having a pet raccoon was never a real possibility, she loved the next best alternative - cats. Jocelyne got to enjoy three joyful little kittens for a few weeks before her passing. Jocelyne and Martin share many happy memories, travel experiences and all the good and bad of a wonderful relationship that lasted close to 25 years.

Life is too short. When a loved one dies, the finality of it is soul crushing. We would love to be able to spend more time with her. Wherever Jocelyne is now, hopefully she is finally without pain, comfortable and warm, and surrounded by loved ones.
