ALTEN, Joan Marlene - Passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie on Monday, January 25, 2021 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Clive. Loving mother of Bonnie Alten of Courtice, Sean Alten of Barrie, Carey Alten (Robert Woodhouse) of Orillia and Maria Cruz of Toronto. Dear grandmother of Lindsay, Jaimie, Zachary, Alixandria and great-grandmother of Scarlette, True and Ophelia. Sister of Fran Keogh (Hans Schroder) and the late Audrey Miller. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society through the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie.
