Janet Louise Kochut

It is with deep sorrow and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of our beloved Janet Kochut, who left us peacefully on February 25, 2025 at the age of 70. Janet was a remarkable woman whose kindness, strength, and zest for life touched everyone she met.

Born on December 28, 1954, Janet was a woman who embraced the beauty of life with a heart full of love and an adventurous spirit. She had a profound love for the outdoors, often found hiking the trails or taking long walks, savoring the peace of nature.

Her love for music and dance was also a defining part of her spirit. Janet’s energy could light up any room, and her passion for music was infectious. She loved to dance, and her joy was evident whether she was enjoying her favorite songs at home or dancing with family at every opportunity.

Above all, Janet was a devoted mother, sister, and friend. She had a gift for making those around her feel valued, loved, and supported. Her laughter, her warmth, and her caring nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Janet is survived by her Daughter Rachel Breen, Son Sheldon Da Silva and Sister Joan Galonska. While her physical presence may no longer be with us, her memory will continue to inspire us every day.
