Horst Mitsch was born on June 5th, 1941 and passed away on September 30th, 2026, at the age of 85. Horst is survived by his wife, Renate Mager, children Monika and Veronika, and step-children Monica and Mario. He loved gardening, animals, puttering around the house property, and volunteering with the Kinsmen (where he was awarded the Kinsmen of the Year award). He was the owner of Weston Toronto Sandblasting.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Vaughan. A celebration of life for Horst will take place at a later date, to be announced.
