Gwyneth Diana Pamenter

Gwyneth (Gwen) Diana Pamenter went into the arms of her heavenly Father on April 30, 2025 from her home in Barrie, Ontario.

Born on September 24, 1939 in Powassan, Ontario, she accepted Christ as her Savior at age eighteen. She married Ralph Pamenter on May 5, 1962. They joined Heritage Baptist Church in 1976 and have been strong supporters of Heritage Christian Academy. Gwen also volunteered as a teacher at the Barrie Literacy Center. If you had her as a friend, she was a friend indeed. Gwen enjoyed taking people a meal or refreshments and recently many at her church kindly repaid the favour. She loved Christian hymns. music, and poetry. She often encouraged others with Scriptures.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Ralph Pamenter. She and Ralph raised three loving daughters together: Heather Trottier, Debbie Pamenter, and Brenda Pamenter. She was also Gramma to Dan Pamenter, Derek Trottier, Michelle Civile, Julia Trottier, Alex Trottier, P.J. Kanis, Jenna-Lynn Kanis, Hannah Ryan, and Kevin Pamenter. She was Great-Gramma to Bailey Leduc, Scarlett Pamenter, Mason Trottier, and Hunter Trottier. She will continue to be loved in their hearts.
