Gregory Allan Mulrey passed away peacefully on March 28, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories cherished by his family and all who knew him.
Greg was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Catherine.
He is also lovingly remembered by his siblings, Patricia (Gord), Colleen, and Wayne (Ann-Marie), his childhood best friend, Jim Franks, and his nieces Brandy (Olivia & Savannah) and Grace, and nephews Chance (Bodie) and Blake.
He was a proud and loving father to Norm, Brad (Heather), and Keith. His greatest joy came from his growing family, and he will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Daniel (Teghan), Nathan, Emily (Charlie), Keegan, Salein, Lexus, Bentley, and Dalton, as well as his great-grandchildren, Lilly, David, Lucas, Layla, and Taven.
Greg was known for his strong work ethic as a skilled heavy equipment operator with Rumball Excavating, a role he took great pride in throughout his life. Outside of work, he found true happiness in the outdoors—especially fishing. An avid fisherman, Greg treasured every moment spent by the water, whether casting a line or simply enjoying the peace it brought him.
He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his hardworking nature, and his quiet appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.
Gregory’s legacy lives on in the love he gave and the memories he created with those closest to him.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Greg’s life will be held at a later date.
If desired, memorial donations to the R.V.H. Cancer Department would be appreciated.
“Gone fishing, forever in our hearts.”
