LAWSON, Frank Douglas - (CD, MWO (Retired) Canadian Army 1950 – 1974) – Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, ON, on Thursday, January 25th, 2018 in his 89th year. Born in East Saint John, N.B. in 1929, resident of Barrie since 1971. Beloved husband of the late Agnes Lawson. Cherished Father of Douglas (Deborah) of Waterdown, ON, and Donald (Lisa) of Sturgeon Falls, ON. Dear grandfather of Erin, Adam, and Papa Barrie of Meghan and Michael. At Frank’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Royal Victoria Hospital Oncology Department through the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie.
