Francoise (Avon) Laflamme

October 4, 1942 – April 28, 2022

Peacefully in hospital on Thursday April 28, 2022. Francoise is predeceased by the love of her life Ness Laflamme, as well as her parents Gaston Avon, and Oliva Asselin; her brothers Paul, Gilbert, and Conrad. Dear Mother of Jocelyne (Rick), Francine, Christine (Dan), and Kim. Bestest grandma of Brittany (Deanna), Zachary, Samantha, Kalvin (Alicia), Christopher (Britney), Jesse, Tory, and Bella.  Loving great grandma of Emily, Harmony, and Jonah. Sister of Francois (Margo); and best friend of Jackie and Dorothy. Francoise will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A Memorial Service will take place on Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 at 11:00 am, at St. Francois d’Assise Catholic Church, 20 Fairmont Avenue (at Wellington Street).
Francoise was a member of the legion, and spent many hours volunteering for our veterans, and assisting with selling of poppies each year. For those wishing, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion would be appreciated.
