Obituary

LANGEVIN, ESTELLE (née ATSALINOS)

November 22, 1942 – September 7, 2026

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Estelle Langevin, who passed away peacefully at the Credit Valley Hospital at the age of 83. Estelle was predeceased by her beloved parents, James and Catherine (Panos); her sister Irene; and her brothers Billie and Peter. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her siblings, Michael (Barbara) and Angela Giannakos. Estelle was a wonderful and caring mother to James (Karen) and Joanne. She was a devoted and loving Nana to Jessica Langevin, Matthew Nolletti, Michael Langevin, Katherine Nolletti, and Patrick Nolletti, and a very proud great-grandmother to Nicole Rowe. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, as well as former in-laws who remained an important part of her life and whom she loved dearly. Estelle leaves a lifetime of memories and a lasting legacy of love. Though she will be deeply missed, Estelle will live on in the stories we tell, the laughter we share, and in the hearts of all those fortunate enough to have known and loved her.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff in Unit 1D and the Palliative Care Team at Credit Valley Hospital for the exceptional compassion, dignity, and kindness they showed Estelle and her family during her final days. Their care brought comfort to Estelle and to all who loved her, and for that, the family will be forever grateful. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trillium Health Partners Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, or to a charity of your choice.
