Erin Paul Dalton

On May 20, 2024 Erin sadly passed away from cancer. Erin was the partner and best friend of Suzanne (Sue) Savoy. Through this difficult time Sue was his constant caregiver as he struggled courageously with cancer. He loved life.

Erin was predeceased by his parents Terry and Dorothy Dalton (Martin). Erin was the 5^th child of 7 children in the family. His brothers are Frank (Rhea), John (Patricia), Terrence (Ramona), Michael (Suzanne) Darcy (Darlene) and sister Mary Lynn (Juan).

Erin is survived by his children Andrew (Melissa) Amy (Kyle), James (Moa Linde), Ty (Nicole) and Sue's children Rahid (son) and daughter (Ashley). He has 6 grandchildren.

To all who knew Erin, he was a father who cherished his family. He worked long and hard as a social worker with the City of Ottawa and as a skilled trades person. He was a loyal and steadfast friend to many and is remembered by them for his support and love in abundance.

Erin attended St. Joseph’s High School and Algonquin College. 

A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Hope Cemetery (4660 Bank Street) at 11 o'clock.
