In Loving Memory of Eric Lee Jennison

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eric Lee Jennison, who passed away on August 28, 2026, at the age of 66.

Born in Toronto, Eric was the beloved son of the late Donald William Jennison and the late Joyce Lorraine Jennison.

Eric leaves behind his loving wife, Silvana Jennison, his daughters Jessica (Cal), Christina (Nic) and son Nicholas (Julie), and his cherished grandchildren Katilyn, Liam, and Nathaniel. He was also looking forward to meeting his newest granddaughter, a beautiful baby girl who is on her way. Although he will never get to hold her in his arms, she will grow up knowing that she was loved by a grandfather who was waiting for her.

Eric was a quiet, gentle, and peaceful man. He was never one to seek attention and was perfectly content keeping to himself. But those who knew him best understood that beneath his quiet nature was a man who had his own special way of showing love and creating memories.

It was often the simplest moments that meant the most to Eric. Sitting by the pond with a cold beer, enjoying the peace and quiet, was one of his favourite things to do. And then there was his Cadillac — a car he was incredibly proud of and loved to drive. These little pieces of Eric’s life are the memories his family will hold close to their hearts.

There will be an emptiness now where Eric once was. The quiet moments will feel a little different. Sitting by the pond, seeing a Cadillac pass by, or sharing a cold beer may bring back memories of him and remind those who loved him just how much he is missed.

Eric may not have been a man of many words, but he left his mark in the hearts of the people who loved him. His life was made up of simple pleasures, quiet moments, and the people who mattered most to him.

He will be deeply missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, family, and friends. His memory will live on through them, through the stories they share, and through all the little things that will forever remind them of him.
