Enrico Bruno Zoratto

Enrico was born to Viscardina (nee Bertulli) Zoratto (deceased) and Bruno Zoratto (deceased) and leaves behind a younger sister Carmen (nee Zoratto) Kiddie, brother-in-law Sean Kiddie and nieces Jessica Kiddie (Shawn) and Jennifer Kiddie (Jason). He also leaves behind his two beautiful children, Manuela Zoratto and Emilio Zoratto as well as his wife Marisa (nee Misasi) Zoratto.

He fought the fight of his life which began October 31, 2024 and ended June 18, 2026. His dual cancers of Hodgkin’s and Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma as well as Tumors would not leave him. Thery were very aggressive and after 5 different regiments of chemotherapy and 2 different regiments of radiation plus CAR-T … he was too tired to continue.

We (Manuela, Emilio and I) stood by his bedside in the ICU at Juravinski Cancer Centre in Hamilton and before Carmen and Sean arrived, Enrico said 3 times … “I Love You” and then “Good Bye” to us – Manuela, Emilio and I cried the same in return. Carmen and Sean arrived and shortly after, Enrico passed quietly.

Enrico was a wonderful father – teaching his kids life lessons about being outdoors and how to enjoy all you are given and delt with. He was a good husband – caring supportive, helpful, kind and a provider. Enrico worked very hard and really cared about his place of work as Head Custodian at Father C. W. Sulivan in Brampton for Dufferin Peel Catholic District School Board.

He will be completely and truly missed – our hearts are all broken.
