Efthemios Sarantopoulos

Born February 19, 1965, in East York, Ontario, to mother Despina Sarantopoulos (née Markakos) and the late Gregory Sarantopoulos, Tim passed away suddenly on Monday, November 18, with his sister by his side. Tim is survived by his mother, Despina; his sister, Nota (John); his nephew Kosta; and his beautiful daughter, Jessica (Wesley).

Tim was kind-hearted, loving, and funny. He always had a story to share. He had a great love for driving on the open road, whether in a transport truck on long hauls to the United States or across Canada, a chartered bus to Niagara Falls, or a sports car. He often said driving was in his blood. Tim's greatest love was for his daughter, Jessica—his pride and joy. His happiest recent memory was witnessing her marriage to Wesley. Tim will be missed not only by his immediate family but also by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many close friends. Take care on the open road, Tim. Reunite with Dad and all those waiting for you in paradise. We love you forever and will always remember you and speak your name.
