Edward Casimir Burke

Edward Casimir Burke, born on March 4, 1954, in St. John's, Newfoundland passed away suddenly on November 24, 2025, at his residence in Toronto.

Edward's journey through life was marked by his deep connections to family and friends. He is predeceased by his beloved grandparents, Alice and Cyril Burke, and Leena and James Boland, as well as his parents, Leo Burke, who departed in 1972, and Dorothy (Boland) Burke, who left this world in 2008. He was also predeceased by his cherished sister, Linda Burke, in 2013.

Leaving to mourn his passing are his loving brothers, John, residing in Edmonton, Alberta; Carl Burke from Vancouver, British Columbia; Tony Burke; and Kevin Burke. Edward also leaves behind his devoted sisters, Brenda, who is predeceased by her partner Ben Sears; Theresa, alongside her husband Ron Kelland; Sandra Burke (Doug Dymond), and Alice Burke.

Cremation has taken place, and Edward's urn has been interred at Thorton Cemetery. He will be profoundly missed but cherished in the memories of his family and friends.
