Age 81, passed away peacefully Thursday, September 1, 2022 at the General Hospital, surrounded by his family.
Doug was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 yrs, Noella, son Douglas and his wife Wendy, daughter Michele and her husband Jason, 3 grandsons, Richard, Dylan and Adam and numerous sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 14th at Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank St.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
