Dorothy May Bairstow of Mississauga passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, surrounded by family. She had just celebrated her 92nd birthday in August with a family party at Chartwell Regency Residence in Mississauga.
Dorothy was born in Toronto to George and Ethel Beverly. She is predeceased by her one brother Ted Beverly, her 1st husband William Bairstow in 1999, and 2nd husband Thomas Hutchings in May of this year.
Loving mother of four sons; George (Rose Marie), Richard (Dawn), Christopher (Mary Anne), and Brian (Debbie). Dear grandmother of Candice (Timothy), Danielle (Bradley), Michelle, Michael, Tyler, Kyle, Adam, and Eric (Sarah), and 3 great-grandchildren Liam, Finnegan and Evangeline.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00AM Saturday October 18 at St Andrews Memorial Presbyterian Church, 24 Stavebank Rd, North, Mississauga. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to a charity of your choice.
