Donna Deliva

Donna passed away at the Civic Hospital in Ottawa on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 surrounded by her closest family and friends. She was 55 years old. She will be greatly missed by her three sons, Dylan (Samantha), Ryan and Thomas Radmore, and by her granddaughter Rhéa. Daughter of the late Patrick Deliva and Anna Melnitzsky. Sister of Brian Deliva, and the late David and Kevin Deliva. 

Throughout her life, Donna faced more hardship than most, but you'd never know it by the way she carried herself. She was a remarkably strong and resilient woman who lit up a room with her positive spirit and sense of humour. She was grateful for everything in her life and was set on living it to the fullest. She was adventurous and had a bucket list that she actively pursued, including travel around the world and skydiving with her son.

Donna loved fiercely and cared deeply about her friends and family, always putting them before herself. Despite her own struggles, she consistently showed up for others, offering support and going above and beyond to make every occasion special.

Donna was genuine and true to herself, known for her honest opinions and ability to speak her mind with grace. She also had humility and made a point of admitting her faults and learning from her mistakes. She took pride in authenticity and continuous growth.

Donna had a lot of close friends who were like her family. A rock and a "ride or die" for so many, she will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. A beautiful soul gone too soon.
