David Podkowa

David passed away at St. Michael’s Hospital on Tuesday, December 14th 2021. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Joseph and Gloria Podkowa (nee Box). He was the cherished father of Alexander. David will be fondly remembered by his Aunt and Uncle, Mary and Stan Haliniak as well as his many cousins. David attended St. Michael's Choir School followed by St. Michael's College High School. In his early years David worked for Conklin Carnival and afterwards for many years at Canteen of Canada where he will be remembered by his many friends and colleagues. All are welcome to join us in commemorating David at a Rite of Christian Burial where Covid-19 precautions will include social distancing as well as registration at the church. A celebration of Life will be announced in the Spring, 2022.
