In Loving Memory of David “Dave” Noseworthy

April 3, 1953 – June 17, 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David “Dave” Noseworthy, who passed away in his sleep on June 17, 2026, at the age of 73.

Dave was born on April 3, 1953, in South Brook, Newfoundland, and later made his home in Georgina, Ontario, where he met the love of his life Rosemary, and Georgina became his home. Georgina became the place where he built a life rooted in family, friends, and lasting memories.

Beloved husband of Rosemary Noseworthy (née Andrews), Dave shared a life filled with love, laughter, and family. Together, they created a home where family always came first.

Dave was the son of Clara and Jonathon Noseworthy. He was a devoted brother to Raymond (predeceased) ,Georgina (predeceased) Randy, Rocky, Billy, and Darlene.

He leaves behind a proud and lasting legacy through his children: Chad Noseworthy (predeceased), Christopher Noseworthy and his wife Michelle, and Melissa Noseworthy and her husband Joshua.

Of all the roles Dave held in life, being a grandfather brought him some of his greatest happiness. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Vanessa and Johnny; Marshall, Miya-Rose and Macie-Ray, Letelle; and Ethan, Ayla, and Aria. His love, strength, stories, and presence will continue to live on through each of them.

Dave will be remembered for his dedication to his family and the comfort of simply being together with those he loved.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Southlake Regional Health Centre, especially the nursing staff, for their compassionate care and support. A special thank you to Holly for the kindness, dignity, and care she showed to Dave and his family during a difficult time.

Dave’s life will be celebrated at a Celebration of Life to be held at a future date. Details will be shared with family and friends once arrangements have been finalized.

Though deeply missed, Dave’s memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Forever loved. Forever remembered.
